Location
The office is located just off of Ygnacio Valley Road, directly across from John Muir Medical Center in the Shell Ridge Plaza, on 106 La Casa Via, Suite 240, in Walnut Creek, California.
Directions to Ygnacio Valley Road:
If you are coming from Interstate 680 N (towards Sacramento), take the first exit after the Hwy 24 interchange, which is the Ygnacio Valley Road exit. (Please note that at the I-680/Hwy 24 interchange, stay left, as the right lanes of the freeway exit to Hwy 24.) At the end of the off-ramp, turn right at the traffic light onto Ygnacio Valley Road.
If you are coming from Interstate 680 S (towards San Jose), take the N. Main St. exit and turn right (i.e. south). Continue on N. Main until you reach Ygnacio Valley Road, and turn left.
If you are coming from Highway 24, stay to the left when Hwy 24 dead-ends into Interstate 680. Take the first exit after you have merged onto Interstate 680 N, which is the Ygnacio Valley Road exit. At the end of the off-ramp, turn right at the traffic light onto Ygnacio Valley Road.
From Ygnacio Valley Road:
From I-680, drive east for approximately 2 miles to La Casa Via. (If you go past the John Muir Medical Center, you've gone too far).
Turn right on La Casa Via. Continue until you reach the second driveway on the right. Building 106 is the first building on the right.
You may park either in the front parking lot, the underground garage, or the back parking lot. Dr. Bortz's office is Suite 240. Complimentary valet parking is available in the underground parking garage.
